Certified Athletic Therapists are experts in musculoskeletal injury assessment and rehabilitation. They treat a wide range of patients, from kids with concussions to seniors recovering from hip replacement surgery, using various manual therapies, modalities, exercise prescription and even bracing and taping. The treatment varies but the objective doesn’t: an Athletic Therapist's goal is to help clients return to their usual activities, whether that means playing competitive sports or walking to the mailbox and back.

About Taylor:

Taylor brings over a decade of experience in the health and wellness industry. She earned a full NCAA Division I soccer scholarship to the University of Texas at El Paso, where she completed her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science in 2015.

Following graduation, she worked as a Performance Coach at the Sport Manitoba Performance Centre, supporting athletes of all ages and abilities—including Para and Special Olympic athletes—with their training and performance goals.

Inspired by years of collaboration with sports medicine professionals and her own journey through injury recovery, Taylor returned to school to pursue a second degree. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Therapy at the University of Winnipeg in 2024 and certified in 2025.

Taylor is a firm believer that movement is medicine. Her approach is centered on empowering, educating, and collaborating with patients to build pain-free, active, and sustainable lifestyles.

Outside of work, you’ll find Taylor reading, enjoying time at the lake, and constantly seeking opportunities to grow both personally and professionally
